Locally based professional boxer Joe Elfidhi who hails from the game's traditional area has offered his knowledge and skills to help the club develop players' overall fitness.

Joe has been introduced to the club by Sean Franz (U18's coach) who has known him through his links with the North Kent University

Joe will work with coaching teams on the various ares of fitness and technical skills that he has used to increase his ownupper body in preperation for his professional bouts.

His first session will be this coming Thursday at Rectory Field. Joe will work with both the U16's and U18's in a two hour session.

Its a great oppertunity for players to gain an insight in how other sports prepare for competition and also beifit from their experences.
